- Sourcing Consultation
Start with product inquiry and tell us your requirements, we will select proper suppliers and negotiate with them, then prepare quotation or solutions for you.
- Price Comparison
If you already have your own suppliers, you can inquiry us whether the price of your existing supplier is reasonable, we will do sourcing inquiry and compare the price from different suppliers, then give you professional evaluation result and new sourcing solutions.
Our value is to help clients save costs and improve their supply chain and product quality. If we cannot help clients, we will encourage them to work with their suppliers directly.
- Product Consultation
Every seller wants to develop products that are competitive and hot sales, but in most cases, the products are failures, especially for new sellers.
If you have some ideas / plans on new products, you may contact us for the product consultation, we can give you a professional analysis to determine if the product is worth selling in your desired market and platform.

- Sourcing Inquiry
We need your demand requirements include product name, specifications, pictures, qty, reference link, etc. to start the sourcing inquiry work.
In sourcing inquiry stage, we will thoroughly evaluate multiple manufacturers, compare prices and negotiate to ensure that we can help you get the best price and the best quality product; often you will find our prices are more competitive, even if consider our service fees.
- Order Sourcing (Sample and Production Order)
Once you agree to our quotation, we can start the sample order or production order. Our team will prepare the order PI based on your final demand for your confirmation.
Upon receipt of your order deposit payment, we will prepare the order confirmation document for the further confirmation, then start the order production work with factory.
- Order Follow-up and Inspection
During production stage, we will oversee the production process from start to finish. This includes confirming order details with the manufacturer, ensuring product quality, and reviewing product labels and packaging. Prior to shipment, we conduct thorough sampling inspections, and the inspection pictures and video will be sent to you for confirmation.
- Shipping Arrangement
Once the inspection passed and get your approval, upon receipt of your balance payment, we will contact suitable shipping forwarder or your own forwarder to arrange the shipment.
- Private Label Customization
We offer lower MOQ customization, which includes logo printing on products, custom branded packaging (custom boxes, manuals, cards, etc.), as well as special designs for product appearance, functionality, and more.
- Handling of After-sales Issues
All clients concern the after-sales service a lot, we deal with lots of supplier and know that some of them from Alibaba or other platform, once the customer feedback on the quality of the product, they will find all kinds of reasons to shirk their responsibility or just disappear, which make client bear serious losses.
But if clients choose our Standard Sourcing Service Plan, we can bring clients double after-sales guarantee, on the one hand, all the suppliers we co-operate are preferred, will be sure to provide after-sales guarantee; on the other hand, our company will have additional after-sales guarantee, even if the factories cannot provide, we as a partner of the clients, will provide the necessary after-sales service.
- Free Warehouse for 1 Months
We offer one-month free storage for all the clients who choose our Standard Sourcing Service Plan.
Assistant Service
- If you have your own suppliers and would like us to assist with communication, follow-up orders, make quality inspection, and arrange consolidate shipments, you can choose our Assistant Service Plan.
- We will charge service fees for 4% of the order value, minimum 100USD.
